driver was caught in traffic and
I was called around an hour before
he was supposed to arrive to let
me know he was running late –
a courtesy I appreciated as my builders
were waiting for the tank to arrive.
…The driver ended up delivering
my tank at 6.30pm on a Friday night
and he did so with a good cheer
and helped move it to a secure position.
He is also a credit to your team.
My sister ordered
the same tank 2 ½ months
ago from one of your competitors
and she is still waiting for hers.
When I told her of your outstanding
service she rang up the company
she is dealing with and left a message
asking when she is to receive her
tank. She left this message over
a week ago and she still hasn’t
had anyone reply.
